Warranty support

A clear next step if something isn’t right.

Start by contacting our workshop with your repair details. We will review the job and explain how to have your concern assessed.

The essentials

Understanding your warranty

Parts and workmanship

The standard policy lists one year for car A/C parts and one year for labour. Check your invoice and any extended warranty agreement for the cover applicable to your job.

Your consumer rights

A voluntary warranty is additional to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. The end of a warranty period does not automatically end those rights.

Car Air Conditioning – labor 1 year
Red Arc brake controller – parts & labor 2 years
4X4 Parts & Accessories 1-2 years or as stipulated by Supplier

The Warranty only operates if:

  1. Proof of purchase of the Product/Service is provided, to the satisfaction of the Company.

  3. The Product / Work has not been removed, altered or in any manner tampered with from the vehicle in which the Product was originally installed or service of work was carried out.

  6.  In the event that the Company decides to repair or replace a Product, the Company agrees to pay the costs associated with the ordinary delivery of the replacement or repaired Product to the Purchaser.  Should the Purchaser require any other form of delivery of the replacement or repaired Product, the Purchaser must pay any difference between the cost of the Company's method of ordinary delivery and the Purchaser's required method of delivery.
  7. Should the Product or part of the Product be replaced or repaired during the period of this Warranty, the Warranty Period for the replaced or repaired product shall be for the period remaining from when the original Product was purchased by the Purchaser.
