Our service includes coming to your residence or workplace & performing a comprehensive inspection of your car’s air conditioning system.

This includes pressurizing the system with our highly detectable n95/h5 nitrogen/hydrogen leak detection trace gas and comprehensively leak testing your evaporator core behind the dash (no one else does this!), compressor, condenser & hoses to find any leaks you may have.

We inspect all visible components of the system to ensure their integrity & also test and inspect electrical circuits & operation.

Important Note:

If your car’s airconditioning has suddenly stopped working, it means your system has a leak somewhere and a re-gas will not fix the problem.

Any leaks will need to be repaired before we can legally re-gas your system. If your car needs parts for further repairs, we will give you a written report and quote to repair. If no leaks are found and your system passes all legal requirements, we can re-gas your system with confidence offering you our 6 months gas warranty.

Our first appointment has an arrival time of 8.00 am through to our last arrival time between 3.00 and 4.00 pm (dependant on workload). In some circumstant arrival, times can 7:00 am through to 4:00 pm.

It’s estimated that a cars air-con system will lose about 10% off its refrigerant every year. In order to maintain your car’s air-con, we recommend getting it serviced every 12 months. Learn more about how often you should service your car’s air conditioning

Most Brisbanes garages offer a variety of air-con packages, however, most will typically include:

  • Recharge of the refrigerant
  • Replenishing the system’s lubricant
  • Vacuum test for leaks within the system
  • Evacuation of moisture from within the system
  • Anti-bacterial clean

To service your own vehicle’s car air conditioning system you need to hold the appropriate refrigerant licenses (ARKTICK), and without holding such licenses it’s ILLEGAL to service your own car air conditioning system, at the same time using technicians who don’t hold proper licenses, is also ILLEGAL. So always do your due diligence when selecting a car air conditioning service provider.

When carrying out car air conditioning regas and repairs, specialised equipment is needed but more importantly, the refrigerant present in the system must be recovered. Venting the refrigerant into the environment is ILLEGAL and under Australian laws to protect the environment, the use of depleting substances and synthetic greenhouse gases is regulated.

The licensing system ensures that only technicians with adequate licences are allowed to service the vehicle’s AC systems. People operating without licence or authorisation are committing an offence and are subject to prosecution.
