What’s Covered by JackFrost’s Aftercare?
Our Aftercare package will cover repairs and parts that we carried out on your vehicle which includes the following:
- Leaks or Failed Components
- Evaporator
- Condenser
- Hoses
- Compressor or compressor components,
- Relay
What’s NOT Covered by JackFrost’s AfterCare?
Our Aftercare package will NOT cover the following repairs we carried out on your vehicle which includes but is not limited to the following:
- Blend door or vent faults
- Electrical faults
- Heater problems
- Thermo fan failure & faults
- Blower Motor
- Fan speed resistor Faults
During the warranty period, If upon inspection any of the faults not covered are diagnosed to be the issue, there will be a service charge. This does not include diagnostics of this problem should it need further investigation.
To ensure you always receive the best value, if your A/C system is diagnosed with a fault during its warranty period and our repair quote does not meet your satisfaction, we will require two additional quotes from reputable repairers. The average cost of all three estimates will be used as the benchmark for any repairs needed.
Extended Warranty Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility: This Extended Warranty Offer is available to customers who have purchased car air conditioning parts and repairs from Jack Frost Car Air Conditioning on or after [start date of the offer]. The extended warranty must be accepted by the customer within a 30-day window; beyond this period, the offer will no longer be accessible.
2. Duration of Extended Warranty: The Extended Warranty period is 30 months from the date of the original purchase of the car air conditioning parts and repairs.
3. Covered Components: The Extended Warranty covers all components and parts related to the car air conditioning system that were repaired or replaced by Jack Frost Car Air Conditioning during the initial service.
4. Exclusions: The Extended Warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, unauthorized repairs, environmental factors, or any other conditions beyond the control of Jack Frost Car Air Conditioning.
5. Claim Process: To initiate a claim under the Extended Warranty, customers must contact Jack Frost Car Air Conditioning customer service at (07) 3180 3500 within the warranty period. Customers must provide the original purchase receipt, invoice or service sticker and details of the initial repair service.
6. Repair and Replacement: Jack Frost Car Air Conditioning will, at its discretion, repair or replace any covered components that are found to be defective during the Extended Warranty period.
7. Transferability: The Extended Warranty is transferable to a new owner if the vehicle is sold during the warranty period. The new owner must inform Jack Frost Car Air Conditioning of the change in ownership to maintain warranty coverage.
8. Expiration: The Extended Warranty expires 30 months from the original purchase date, regardless of ownership changes.
9. Service Location: Warranty services must be performed at Jack Frost Car Air Conditioning authorised service centers. Any services performed by unauthorised entities will void the Extended Warranty.
10. Modification or Termination: – Jack Frost Car Air Conditioning reserves the right to modify or terminate this Extended Warranty Offer at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers in advance.
11. Governing Law: – This Extended Warranty Offer is governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this warranty shall be resolved in Brisbane’s Magistrates courts.
